“Footloose”
June 3 – 5pm – 8pm * June 4 – 5pm-8pm * June 5 – 5pm – 8pm
You only need to attend one session
Invited Callbacks – Saturday June 6 – 11am – 1pm
ABOUT THE SHOW – Set in the small town of Bomont, Footloose is a story about courage, connection, and the power of young people to create change. With iconic music, dynamic dancing, and meaningful storytelling, this show is full of opportunities to shine both on stage and as part of an incredible ensemble.
Rehearsal & Production Dates
- Rehearsals will begin June 9th (That week will be Tue – Fri 5:00 – 8:30)
- Rest of the rehearsals will be Mon – Fri – 5:00 – 8:30
- All Rehearsals held at Maui OnStage Education & Youth Studio at Queen Kaahumanu Center
- Tech Rehearsals begin Aug 3rd and will be at the Iao Theatre
- Show Dates are Aug 15, 16, 22, 23 (With the possibility of adding Aug 21)
- YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL SHOWDATES
What to Prepare:
- 16 – 32 Bars of an upbeat contemporary musical theatre song that showcases your range
- Come dressed in comfy clothing and be ready to dance
- Directors will have sides to read
