*Administration and Box Office operations are handled virtually except for 1 hour before showtime.  Emails are monitored and responded to daily.  Phone messages are checked and responded to Mon – Fri.

Ticketing Fees:  Unless otherwise noted, ticket processing fees and a facility fee is added to each ticket order.

Exchanges/Refunds:  Since the pandemic, Maui OnStage has relaxed the Exchange/Refund policy.  Exchanges are preferred, but refunds will be granted less processing fees.

Accessibility:  The Historic ‘Iao Theater has 1 Accessible seating area with 4 seats (Row H, Seats 3, 4, 5, 6).  We are working on providing Assisted Listening Devices soon.  ADA compliant restrooms are available next door at Kipuka Square.  These restrooms belong to and are under the jurisdiction of the Maui County Parks Department.  Please alert an usher if access to those restrooms is needed.

Lost and Found:  Contact the Box Office at [email protected] or leave a voicemail at 808-242-6969.  Lost and Found items are held for 30 days and then tossed or donated.


Parking

Street parking is available on N Market Street and Vineyard Street.

*The Wailuku Parking Garage is now OPEN.  Go to Park Maui for more information.

*Please do not park in the stalls marked RESERVED behind the theater.  Those belong to the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg PONO CENTER building and you will be towed.

 


Education and Youth Program

Maui OnStage’s Education and Youth Program’s studio is located at the Queen Ka’ahumanu Center.  Sears end, across from Ben Franklin and Lens Crafters.
