*Due to the CDC’s classification of Maui County as a COVID-19 Community Level of HIGH along with the fact that an indoor theater is considered a “high-risk congregate setting” and that the planned staging and choreography for this production are very close proximity, Maui OnStage has determined that the safest way forward for this production is to require participants to be vaccinated.  This policy is in effect for this particular production at this time.   This policy is in no way meant to be discriminatory.  The CDC’s guidance does allow for “implementation of enhanced prevention measures in high-risk congregate settings” when the County COVID-19 Community Level is classified as HIGH.

The vaccination requirements for subsequent Maui OnStage productions will be evaluated and determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the current COVID-19 Community Level and planned staging/choreography of that production.
