Ticket Options

Showtimes: Fridays & Saturdays at 7:30 PM with Sunday Matinees at 3 PM

Currently, Maui OnStage has a general seating policy! We are working to update our seating policy so that the middle orchestra section will be reserved tickets with assigned seating. Here are our current ticket options:

1. VIP Ticket Options:
"VIP" tickets allow you to enter the theater 40 minutes prior to curtain, which is 10 minutes before general seating.  Tickets purchased at our ticket outlets or online are "VIP" tickets.

Online purchase with tix.com: Once you have purchased your tickets online, be sure to print a receipt and bring it to the box office when you pick up your tickets on the day of your event.

2. General Ticket Options:
General tickets allow you to enter the theater when the house opens, 30 minutes prior to curtain.

Reserve By Phone: Call 808-242-6969 and leave your name, phone number, number of tickets/type of tickets (adults or senior/student) on the voicemail and we will process your order. You will receive a return phone call -ONLY- if a question arises regarding your reservation. You may pick up and pay for your tickets at the box office on that show date. Please do not leave any payment information on the voicemail.

In Person at the Box Office/Walk ups: Remaining tickets are sold at the theater box office the night of the show. Box office opens 90 minutes prior to performance.

3. Dinner Theater Packages:  Available at Cafe' O'Lei Wailuku and Bistro Cassanova

4. Group Sales: Advance reservations and group discounts are accepted for groups of 10 or more. Contact the Maui OnStage business office for more information at 808-244-8680.

5. Season Flex-Passes are available through purchase at Maui OnStage. Purchase a 5 show flex pass for only $85. You can use the pass however you like: one ticket each for five shows or five tickets to one show – it’s flexible!

We accept local checks with a local phone number, cash, VISA, MASTERCARD and traveler's checks.

We do not accept AMERICAN EXPRESS or DISCOVER CARD.
